4Elementos gives its customers the chance to win 8 surprise boxes with product gifts worth 300€ each box. The contest will take place in the physical shops 4Elementos in Ourense, A Coruña and Vigo, and through the online shop www.4elementos.com. All users over 18 years old who make at least one purchase in any of the shops will have the chance to win one of the 8 gift boxes that are raffled with product worth €300 each box. The more purchases, the more participations per user.
Dates of celebration
The promotion will start on 1 December 2022 and end on 31 December 2022 at 23:59h, both included. The time frame will be the month of December.
Eligibility to participate
During the period indicated, all persons aged 18 years or over who participate by following the mechanics of the promotion will be eligible to enter the draw. Those who use false or duplicate profiles will be automatically eliminated from the competition. Each entry must correspond to a natural person.
The company organising the competition reserves the right to request proof of identity of the participants.
Mechanics and prizes of the promotion
The customers of 4Elementos will have to make at least one purchase during the month of December in any of the physical or online shops to be able to enter the draw for one of the boxes.
2 boxes per shop will be raffled (2 boxes among all customers who buy in the shop of A Coruña, 2 boxes among customers who buy in the shop of Vigo, 2 boxes among customers who buy in the shop of Ourense and 2 boxes among customers who buy in www.4elementos.com).
The winners will be chosen through a random draw among all participants in the promotion.
Prize
8 surprise boxes of product valued at 300€ each box. The prize will be a closed prize consisting of products from the 4Elementos shop corresponding to footwear, textiles and/or accessories. The prize is closed and there is no possibility of changing the garment or size, nor can it be transferred to third parties or exchanged for money.
The winners will be contacted for confirmation of the prize on 2 January 2023 and will be asked for their contact details. Once confirmed they will be published. 8 winners will be chosen, two for each 4Elementos shop (physical and online).
Notification of the winner
The organising company will contact the 8 winners through the telephone number that they have left assigned to their purchase order to communicate the prize and to request the name and surname, email and postal address of the person (if necessary) who has won the draw on the same day of the end of the period of participation, as long as it is not extended if the organising company is so justified. The organising company, to let them know that they are the winners of the competition, and ask them to expressly accept their status as winners and the prize, and a photocopy of any official document that allows the organising company to verify that their real identity corresponds to the identity of the data in the purchase order. Winners must accept the prize in its entirety. In the event of forgoing the prize, under no circumstances may the winner transfer the prize to a third party. When collecting the prize, customers will be asked to take a photo of themselves with the prize in the physical shop.
